Nóra Lazányi was born in 1988 in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. She studied physics at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where she received her B.Sc. degree in 2010 and her M.Sc. degree in 2012, both with distinction. As a student she was involved in the research work at the Institute of Nuclear Technology of the University in the field of fusion plasma physics. She carried out research work also in the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics, Garching, Germany.

Ms. Lazányi joined Gödölle, Kékes, Mészáros & Szabó as a patent attorney candidate in 2018. She passed her Hungarian patent attorney examination with distinction in 2020. She has been a professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office since 2021. In 2022 she passed her European Qualifying Examination and became a European patent attorney.

Nóra Lazányi is a member of the Hungarian Chamber of Patent Attorneys, the Hungarian Association for the Protection of Industrial Property and Copyright (MIE), the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI) and the Hungarian Group of AIPPI.
